Colmar Equestrian Facilities proudly offers a top-tier equestrian training center in Essex, designed to cater to riders of all disciplines and skill levels. Our facility is equipped to host camps and clinics, along with providing individual hire options, all on our all-weather waxed surfaces. These surfaces are engineered to be resilient against the varied climate of Essex, from hot, dry summers to wet, cold winters, ensuring that training and conditioning for horses can continue uninterrupted.
The primary goal of our center is to enable riders to consistently train and maintain their horses’ fitness and competition readiness, even when outdoor conditions are less than ideal. Emphasising the well-being and respect of horses, we adhere to the British Eventing rules of etiquette in all our riding activities.
At Colmar Equestrian, every arena is crafted to exceptional standards by Sportrack Surfaces, ensuring the highest quality across our facility. The surfaces are thoughtfully designed with varying wax percentages to suit the specific needs of each discipline, reflecting our commitment to providing an optimal training environment for every rider and their horse.
Until 2024 Colmar Equestrian has been a luxury private showjumping yard, home to many successful showjumpers. We have now opened our doors to allow riders of all ages and abilities to make the most of our exceptional facilities. We are open 7 days a week for riders to train here in our beautiful arena’s and have a limited number of livery stables.
